BCAF Mission Statement: 

The Mission and purpose of the BCAF is twofold: 

1) to assist in the development of self- sustaining material and spiritual infrastructure to those who have no other apparant source of such support 

2) to provide international emergency financial support to brethren and sisters in crisis situations
